    QUESTION NO 210 :

A 23 years old male presents to Accident and Emergency after being assaulted on the way home from work. He is able to tell you that he was hit on the head once but does not remember much after that. His friend reports that he was a bit confused afterwards being hit which is why she brought him to hospital. He is initially alert and able to answer your questions but progressively becomes drowsier. He also vomits a few times. After stabilising him, you decide to arrange a CT scan. The CT scan is reported as showing a high attenuation, biconvex collection of blood on the side of his injury. What is the most likely diagnosis?
