    A 84 years old female is brought in after being found on the floor at home by her daughter. Her daughter had returned after spending about 30 minutes going to the local shops for a newspaper. Past medical history include hypertension and angina. Drug history comprises of aspirin 75mg OD, GTN 2 puffs PRN, amlodipine 5mg OD. She has no known drug allergies. She is a non smoker and does not drink alcohol. She is usually independent and performs her own chores. On examination: haemodynamically stable and apyrexial. Reduced power and tone was noted in her right arm and leg. She also had right facial weakness, receptive dysphasia and right homonymous hemianopia. What is the most appropriate next step?
